About The Role

Join our dedicated Valuations team within the Consumer Markets, Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences sectors.

As a Manager in Lead Advisory, you will provide expert financial advisory services, including valuations, corporate finance, and debt & capital advisory. 

Our team specializes in valuing businesses, securities, and intangible assets across various sectors, supporting clients in transactions, restructuring, disputes, and strategic valuation issues. 

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from multinational conglomerates to early-stage start-ups, offering commercial and pragmatic valuation analysis grounded in technical excellence.

A Typical Day

Your day will involve collaborating with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will engage in a variety of valuation projects, providing expert advice and supporting clients in financial reporting, tax compliance, and management decision-making. 

You will also coach team members, fostering their personal development and encouraging learning agility. Maintaining positive energy and engaging productively in ambiguous situations will be key, as will promoting the firm’s values and ethics.

This role is for you if:

  • Must possess ACA, CFA (or equivalent) qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.

  • Relevant commercial experience in valuations, corporate finance, or financial analysis, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors

  • Strong analytical skills and lateral thinking ability

  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in teams and across all grades

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A passion for developing skills using new technologies, including GenAI

  • A strong academic track record and a clearly articulated reason for joining Lead Advisory
