Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team for the summer. This program offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop essential skills in healthcare business operations and project management. The internship will focus on a portfolio review of SilverStone Health's service offerings, including a market analysis, competitive review, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis. Interns will rotate across each business unit to gain exposure to various service lines and their contributions to SilverStone's care continuum. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive portfolio review of SilverStone Health's service offerings, including Home Health, Palliative, Hospice, and Physician Services.
• Perform market analysis, competitive environment review, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Collaborate with different business units to understand service line offerings.
• Engage in team meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops.
• Support ongoing projects by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation of the analysis to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and presentation development.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.

Eligibility:

• Open to local and international OPT students.
