Our recent service restructure puts Educational Psychology and Specialist Support (EPSS) at the heart of Norfolk’s SEND strategy. We have big ambitions to provide families with exceptional support via family hubs, our new Local First Inclusion programme and specialist interventions. We work in innovative family clusters to improve outcomes for children across a multi-disciplinary team. It really is an exciting time to join Norfolk County Council. Due to an exciting expansion we are recruiting for 6 Educational Psychologists to join our team.

You will have: 

  • A degree in Psychology- min 2:1  
  • A doctorate in Educational Psychology 
  • HCPC registration 
  • You share our passion for supporting children and young people and providing them with the best possible outcomes.  
  • We would welcome applications from trainee Educational Psychologists who are due to qualify in September 2026 and applications from internationally trained Educational Psychologists who are looking to relocate to the UK.
