We have current openings in both our Manchester plant and West Thurrock Plant (London).

If you are offered an Engineering role, below are some examples of the roles and responsibilities you could have:

  • Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
  • Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
  • Own critical Daily Management Systems – you will be entrusted from the start to own these systems and processes!
  • Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe.

Job Qualifications

  • University undergraduates/graduates who have either completed a degree or will complete their degree by Summer 2025 in any Engineering discipline. Other STEM degrees will also be considered.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non- academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for Engineering.
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
