About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Specialist to drive the growth of our Brand’s full-price sales across NEXT UK, NEXT International and SEASONS. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key player in shaping the brand’s presence and success within a leading retail environment.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, the Brand Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying, Merchandising, Design, and Marketing to accelerate brand growth and maximise business opportunities.

You will be responsible for leveraging data insights to optimise product ranging, trading strategies, and marketing activities that deliver results. You’ll build strong partnerships both internally at NEXT and externally with key client stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own brand performance by monitoring sales data, optimising size guidelines, and supporting replenishment decisions to maximise full-price sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the Buyer and broader teams on product assortment, using past and current season insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive in-season trading activities and stock management to maintain momentum and optimise international sales.
  • Lead competitive analysis and review markdown and RTB strategies to protect margin and growth.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently delivered to the highest standards across all channels including copy, imagery, social media, and campaigns, aligned with NEXT’s sustainability vision.
  • Partner with marketing and client teams to implement traffic-driving initiatives and SEO enhancements.
  • Organise and lead regular performance meetings, reporting on sales and driving actions to support ongoing growth.
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, attending key meetings and buys to ensure brand objectives are met.
